Saudi Arabia's Ministry of Health announced on Sunday that 1,194 new confirmed cases of Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) have been reported in the Kingdom.

The Health Ministry said in their statement that the daily reported number brings the total number of infected cases to 518,143 confirmed cases, including 10,847 active cases receiving necessary medical care.

"1,408 critical cases, while the health condition of the rest is stable," the statement said.

The Ministry of Health also announced that 1,164 new recoveries have been recorded, bringing the total recoveries to 499,129 cases. Also, 12 new deaths have been reported; bringing the total deaths to 8,167.
