Permanent Representative of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia tothe United Nations Ambassador Abdullah Al-Muallemi affirmed that theKingdom will, through its presidency of the Group of Twenty, enhancecooperation and find international consensus on the economic issues that may beraised.
"Kingdom of Saudi Arabia will also work to achievestability in the global economy and its prosperity as well as to developeffective policies to achieve sustainable and balanced development and createreal opportunities to raise living standards and well-being among the peoplesof the world." Ambassador Al-Muallemi said.
This came in a speech delivered this evening by AmbassadorAl-Muallemi during the meeting of the Group of 77 and China, at the UnitedNations headquarters in New York.
