The Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Saudi Arabian Golf Federation and Golf Saudi, Yasser Al-Rumayyan, announced on Thursday that the Kingdom will launch a comprehensive national strategy aimed at the sustainability of golf.
The project comes by developing an innovative and ambitious culture concerned with protecting the environment and developing the economy, as well as activating the social role.
Yasser Al-Rumayyan stressed the importance of the new strategy, which constitutes a new event in the history of sports in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This came during the launching of the golf tournament, Aramco Saudi Ladies International presented by Public Investment Fund.
