Due to the importance of reviewing and defining a number of allowed people for movement of the excluded entities from the curfew order, an official source at the Ministry of Interior stated that the ministry has initiated to update forms of movement permits during the curfew order for the excluded entities from the curfew order, adding that every governmental entity is required to issue necessary permits for its personnel while the competent authority of the Interior Ministry stamps these permits.

The source added that every governmental entity is required to issue permits for the personnel of the private sector whom are under its supervision.

With regard to the personnel who are moving by buses, a driver is allowed to have a permit which includes specifying the number of passengers not to exceed (50%) of the passenger load, number of the plate, route of movement, working days and times in addition to adhering to the necessary health requirements for the passengers.

The source added that Riyadh city will be the first city applying these new measures starting from Monday 20/8/1441H, affirming that the any violator will be fined with SR10,000 in addition to other legal procedures.
