Saudi Arabia's Ministry of Education for Planning and Development under the helm of Dr. Nayaf bin Rasheed Al-Jabri has welcomed the China educational delegation on Friday.
"The two sides discussed the ways of cooperation between the two countries in the field of education," the Saudi Press Agency said.
Meanwhile, the Chinese delegation recalled the importance of the recent visit of HRH Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Crown Prince, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense, to China when the two sides agreed to teach Chinese language in Saudi Arabia.
"Our culture is very compatible with the Chinese culture. We have sent hundreds of our students to study in China, and when they came back speaking Chinese, it makes thousands of Saudi people understand how great China is and how wonderful the Chinese people are. We need more of that," Saudi Arabia's Minister of Energy, Industry and Mineral Resource Khalid bin Abdulaziz Al-Falih said during his visit to China last February.
