The achievements of the research administration came through activating the microbiology unit; and exerting efforts to attract projects of researchers in various colleges to work in the unit. The planning and development unit at the center also registered record numbers for workshops on research training. This is during the pandemic through training 2,134 researchers from outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Also, the first half of the year witnessed the partial operation of the e-microscope unit that contains the latest version of the e-microscope that offers high-quality microscopic tests and a scanning electron microscope that serves the clinical and research fields alike.
