The Kingdom's permanent mission to the UN in New York; on Friday organized a high-level event to celebrate Saudi Arabia's efforts during its G20 presidency.
Fahd Al-Mubarak, the Kingdom's G20 sherpa, and ministers and ambassadors from UN member states attended the virtual event.
Markedly event participants hailed Saudi Arabia's G20 achievements in supporting the global economic recovery from the pandemic's negative effects; and suspending debt service for poor countries in order for them to better cope with the social and economic effects of the global health crisis.
