Saudi Leadership Condoles Egypt over Mubarak’s Death

King, Crown Prince congratulate Bazoum on wining Niger presidential election

King Salman bin Abdulaziz and Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense, offered on Tuesday their condolences to Egypt over the death of former President Hosni Mubarak.

In two separate cables to President Abdul-Fattah al-Sisi, they also offered their condolences to the people of Egypt.

Mubarak died Tuesday at the age of 91 weeks after undergoing surgery.

He ruled Egypt for 30 years until he resigned following mass protests against his rule in 2011.
