The National Center for Security Operations (NCSO) reported a substantial volume of emergency calls during 2023, totaling 30,136,146, received through the 911 hotline across Riyadh, Makkah, and the Eastern Region. Of these calls, inquiries and requests for service made up the bulk, totaling 26,148,420.

Calls related to traffic accidents and humanitarian emergencies reached 3,987,726, and calls received during the 1444 AH Hajj season accounted for 1,127,829.

These calls were efficiently handled by the Unified Security Operations Centers, which operate 24/7 and direct each call to the appropriate security service or service provider.

The centers are equipped with advanced automated systems and operated by a multilingual team to ensure accurate and efficient call routing while maintaining professionalism.

The Unified Security Operations Centers, one of the most important initiatives implemented by the Ministry of Interior in close collaboration with the Quality of Life Program, are testament to the government's concerted efforts towards public safety and security.
