Riyadh Royal Commission to announce real estate eligibility results today

The Royal Commission for Riyadh City will announce today, Wednesday, September 30, 2026, at 3 p.m., the results of eligibility verification for applicants to the Real Estate Balance Program through the program’s online platform.

The announcement follows the completion of the eligibility verification phase, conducted in digital coordination with relevant government entities. Applicants can view the status of their applications through their personal accounts on the Real Estate Balance Program platform.

Applicants who are deemed eligible will be entered into an upcoming electronic draw for available residential land plots in the program’s second year. Those whose applications did not meet one or more eligibility criteria may file an electronic appeal via the platform within the specified period.

Applicants can check their results starting at 3 p.m. today via the Real Estate Balance Program platform: tawazoun.rcrc.gov.sa.

The Real Estate Balance Program was launched under the directives of Crown Prince and Prime Minister Mohammed bin Salman to achieve balance in Riyadh’s real estate sector. The Royal Commission for Riyadh City is tasked with providing between 10,000 and 40,000 planned and developed residential land plots annually over the next five years, at prices not exceeding 1,500 riyals (SAR) per square meter.
