They continuously monitor operations, predict communication crises, monitor and deal with risks, and boost operational performance to improve the travel experience through the Kingdom's airports.

MATARAT Holding works to provide everything that will facilitate arrival procedures and reduce the time taken to complete arrival and departure procedures for travellers through the Kingdom's airports.

They harness all facilities in coordination with government and private agencies operating at airports and supervise the implementation of the approved operational plan, which includes making the necessary preparations and equipping the terminals, locations, and facilities to receive pilgrims and complete their arrival procedures at Saudi airports.

MATARAT Holding launched the 'Passengers with No Bags' service in the first quarter of 2024 to provide comfort and smoothness in operational procedures.

This service allows passengers and Umrah pilgrims to complete their travel procedures from their residences and load their luggage 24 hours before departure.
