Saudi Arabia Calls on UN to Review Monitoring of Agencies Working in Humanitarian Programs

King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief) and the UN University for Peace today signed a cooperation program that covers several fields.

Advisor at the Royal Court and Supervisor General of KSrelief Dr. Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Rabeeah and UN University for Peace Permanent Observer David Fernández Puyana signed the program at the center's headquarters in Riyadh.

Under the program, a cooperation and partnership framework will be established between the two sides in the educational and training programs, building capacity, preparing studies and research in the humanitarian work field, in addition to exchanging invitations to participate in conferences, symposiums and exhibitions concerned with humanitarian and relief affairs.

This is part of strategic partnerships of KSrelief with international and regional institutions to enhance cooperation and develop the institutional work infrastructure in the center in a way that serves humanitarian work and enhances its mechanism.
