King Abdullah Economic City is scheduled to host the LIV Golf Championship, presented by Roshn, at Royal Greens Golf Club, between October 13 and 15, 2023; 48 players from the world's golf elite will take part in the competition.
The tournament is the 13th event in the calendar of this year's LIV Golf Championships. It is expected to witness strong competition. Winners of the teams and individual titles will be announced at the end, and seats will be reserved after ensuring participation in next year's edition.
The top 24 players will secure participation in the 2024 LIV Golf Championship, while holders of the 25th to 44th places will face the risk of being eliminated or moved from their teams, and holders of the last places will move directly into the playoffs where they get the chance to make it again on the list of participating players.
Leading teams will have a good chance to win the overall title by moving directly into the second stage of the LIV Golf Miami Championship – the last 2023 calendar tournament – which is held for teams only.
LIV Golf Championship will be broadcast live in more than 180 territories and viewed by more than 380 million people worldwide live on the LIV Golf Plus platform, the league's official YouTube account, and on over 10 international media outlets.
