Speaking to Al-Saudiya TV, Al-Tamimi said the program serves as a major gateway for identifying talent, targeting public education students from third grade in elementary school up to first year of high school.
He explained that participating students are divided into three levels: the first includes third, fourth, and fifth grades of elementary school; the second covers sixth grade of elementary and first and second years of intermediate school; and the third comprises third year of intermediate and first year of high school. Al-Tamimi noted that nominations for the program include both supported nominations and self-nominations, which can be submitted by students or their guardians.
