HRH Crown Prince Receives Call from UN Secretary-General

His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, received a telephone call Thursday from United Nations Secretary-General Antonio Guterres.

 Th conversation reviewed ongoing military escalation in Gaza.

 HRH the Crown Prince stressed the need for intensified international and regional efforts to halt military operations and reduce escalation to prevent their risky repercussions on regional and international peace and security.

 He also called for exerting all possible efforts to prevent expansion of violence, which would impact regional stability.

 HRH the Crown Prince stressed the importance of working to restore stability and the peace process that guarantee the realization of the legitimate rights of the Palestinian people.

 HRH the Crown Prince also underscored the important role of the United Nations and its affiliated institutions in creating safe humanitarian corridors to provide medical and food assistance to civilians under siege in Gaza.
