The Minister of Foreign Affairs, Prince Faisal bin Farhan bin Abdullah, participated in the 159th Ministerial Council of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) held on Sunday in Riyadh.

The Ministerial Council meeting took place at the headquarters of the GCC Secretariat General, chaired by Qatar’s Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al Thani.

The meeting addressed joint Gulf action, as well as the latest regional and international developments, with a specific focus on the situation in the Gaza Strip and Rafah city.

The Ministerial Council highlighted the importance of achieving an immediate ceasefire and establishing humanitarian relief corridors for aid deliveries.
