First Day of the Fourth National Charitable Work Campaign Sees Donations Exceeding SAR One Billion

On its inaugural day, the Fourth National Campaign for Charitable Work received donations exceeding SAR one billion propelled by generous contributions from the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al-Saud, and His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Crown Prince and Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

The campaign will persist in its endeavours to collect donations via the charitable platform "Ehsan" until the end of the holy month of Ramadan.

The campaign continues to receive donations around the clock throughout Ramadan. To date, the platform has amassed donations exceeding SAR6 billion, with donations still streaming in.

These donations, surpassing 113 million transactions, have benefitted over 4.8 million individuals across various charitable and developmental sectors, including education, social welfare, healthcare, food security, housing, and religious support.

The campaign remains open to receiving contributions from individuals, corporations, financial institutions, donors, and philanthropists through its application and website, as well as its service centre number 8001247000 and designated bank accounts.
