Saudi Arabia Welcomes Formation of New Iraqi Government

The Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs welcomed the formation of Iraq's new government led by Mustafa Al-Kadhimi and wishes his country every success in the leadership of the government and in realizing the aspirations of the Iraqi people in their sovereignty, security and stability.

The ministry added that the Kingdom supports Iraq and is ready to work with it and strengthen the historic ties between the two countries and to promote the mutual relations between them at all levels in order to achieve safety and security in the region away from any external interference.
