Musaned clarifies process for documenting domestic worker salary payments

Saudi Arabia’s official Musaned platform for domestic labor services has issued a clarification regarding the process for employers to document previous salary payments to domestic workers.

In a post on its X (formerly Twitter) account, Musaned explained that employers can document past salaries by following these steps:

1- Log in to the Musaned platform

2- Go to the Domestic Workers page

3- Select the worker

4- Confirm salary payment

The platform added: "For more information, you can contact the following number: 920002866."

The clarification came in response to a user inquiry: "Hello, I received a message from you about salary payments. Should salaries now be sent through the platform starting this month, or should I upload documents for previous salaries?"
