Makkah-based Muslim World League (MWL) has welcomed the humanitarian truce agreement in Gaza that was reached on Wednesday.
In a statement, the MWL's General Secretariat, appreciated the international efforts exerted in this regard, especially Qatari, Egyptian and American efforts.
The MWL reiterated its calls for a comprehensive and permanent cessation of military operations, halting the destruction and bloodshed, providing protection for civilians, and allowing the delivery of humanitarian aid to the afflicted poeple.
