Saudi Arabia's Ministry of Interior has stressed that the decision stipulating receiving the second dose of anti-coronavirus (COVID-19) vaccine to travel abroad went into effect as of August 8 for all citizens.
The Ministry said that the decision excludes all those who are under 12 years old, providing that they provide an accredited insurance document from the Saudi Central Bank before travelling, which covers the costs of the virus threats outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The decision also excluded those who recovered from the virus, providing that they have spent at least six month of their infection and those who got infected with the virus and received one dose of the anti-virus vaccines.
