The organization of the "MDLBeast" festival in Riyadh for the second time in a row; gave a strong indication of the strength of the attractive and competitive environment that Saudi Arabia also became able to form on the map of global art.
The Kingdom has proven its high ability to organize one of the most important international events "sports; cultural; and artistic".
The Kingdom views the Quality-of-Life Program also as an important axis of the Vision 2030; as it succeeded in opening new horizons for the quality of life sectors; which directly affect citizens; such as sports; culture; heritage; arts; entertainment; and recreation.
Through this program; the Kingdom sought to diversify entertainment opportunities; such as re-launching the cinema sector; organizing local and international entertainment; sports and cultural events; such as hosting the Dakar International Rally; and opening a number of museums; cultural exhibitions and also music festivals.
Participation in MDLBeast represents an important opportunity for all fans of electronic music and also live music shows; and the Kingdom's hosting of the festival is an important possibility for all those interested in these types of arts.
The Kingdom has paid great attention to the field of arts and music; as it also established the Music Authority in February 2020; based on Cabinet Resolution No. 414.
The authority is working to establish the infrastructure for musical culture in the Kingdom that will contribute to enabling everyone to have the opportunity to learn music; in addition to its work on discovering; developing and empowering musical talents. It will focus on spreading awareness of music culture in the community; and also establishing a sector that contributes to the local economy; by creating job opportunities.
