The Literature, Publishing and Translation Commission (LPTC) signed a memorandum of understanding with Manga Productions which is a subsidiary under Mohammed bin Salman Charitable Foundation (MiSK Foundation) to implement training programs and enrich the literary and creative content.
The signing ceremony was held in Riyadh, where the Commission was represented by its CEO, Dr. Mohammed Hasan Alwan, while Manga Productions was represented by its CEO, Dr. Essam Bukhary.
