Al-Baha Health Cluster launches breast cancer awareness campaign

The Al-Baha Health Cluster has launched its 2026 October breast cancer awareness campaign under the slogan "Your Path is Pink." The campaign will run throughout October at Al-Hazem Rural Cabins, in cooperation with the Public Health Authority (Weqaya) and several local schools, aiming to raise awareness about the importance of early detection and encourage women over 40 to undergo regular screenings.

The cluster stated that it has prepared dedicated sites and facilities to receive women seeking early detection screenings, and has equipped the necessary medical and technical staff to provide examination services and medical consultations. A range of awareness and educational programs and activities will also be held across its healthcare facilities to reach the largest possible number of beneficiaries in cities and governorates across the region.

The Al-Baha Health Cluster emphasized that the campaign aims to promote a culture of early detection and highlight its vital role in identifying the disease at an early stage and improving treatment outcomes. Awareness programs and screening services will continue throughout October, supporting women's health and quality of life.
