Diriyah Season kicks off a thrilling entertainment and sports program

Targeting more than one million visitors, Saudi Arabia's DiriyahSeason will start on Friday November 22nd with many different sports andentertainment events that will continue till December 21, 2019.

The high value of the international names participating in the various sports and entertainment events expected in Diriyah Season will attract the world's attention to the Kingdom as a global destination comparable to its peers from around the world, as well as enable Saudi companies to transfer international expertise to our country, which contributes to achieving one of the most important pillars of the Kingdom's Vision 2030.

The Season is expected to attract tens of thousands offoreign tourists, where hotel bookings have increased by 54%.

The entertainment season will see a whole program of events featuring star-studded lineup of globalsuperstars. Maluma, will be taking centre stage this weekend, with hismemorable mix of signature Latin groove.

Lebanese-Canadian R&B and pop singer, Massari, will also be joining the stage, entertaining fans with his captivating blend of Middle Eastern culture with Western tunes.

Maluma and Massari are set to perform at the Diriyah Circuitfollowing the second day of the Diriyah E Prix on Saturday November 23 2019.

The music festival isdesigned to be a complement the sporting events of the Diriyah Season. There will be on stage globalmega band Imagine Dragons, DJ Alan Walker and British dance band CleanBandit

Prince Abdulaziz Bin Turki Al-Faisal, Chairman of the General Sports Authority (GSA) of Saudi Arabia, said: "The Diriyah Music Festival is a key part of bringing people together for Diriyah Season and it promises to be the biggest celebration of music in the Kingdom's history."

The Diriyah Season is a month-long celebration of sport,kicking off with Formula E, followed by the World Heavyweight title clashbetween World Champion Andy Ruiz Jr and Anthony Joshua in The Clash On TheDunes, The Diriyah Tennis Cup and the elite Diriyah Equestrian Festival.
