English language summer camp launches at Najran House of Culture

Najran House of Culture launched its specialized English language summer camp today, as part of its initiatives to make the most of the summer break by developing skills, enhancing knowledge, and supporting all segments of the community. The camp features interactive educational and training programs that combine learning with practical application, aiming to foster talent and build capabilities.

The program includes six educational and interactive activities designed to gradually and enjoyably develop children's English language skills. Through a variety of activities, the camp promotes learning by doing and helps children build confidence in using the language.

Running for two weeks, the program focuses on introducing children to the basics of English and phonetics, enabling them to distinguish between different sounds and letters in an interactive way that improves pronunciation and builds a strong language foundation. It also aims to develop social and communication skills by training children to introduce themselves and express personal information and feelings with confidence and fluency. Additionally, the program enriches children's vocabulary with new words related to daily life and encourages their use in various educational situations and activities. Practical application of these skills is reinforced through dialogues, group activities, and educational competitions that boost self-confidence and teamwork.
