The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, received a written letter from Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, Emir of the State of Kuwait.
The message was received by Prince Faisal bin Farhan bin Abdullah, Minister of Foreign Affairs, while receiving in Riyadh Sheikh Dr. Ahmed Nasser Al-Mohammad Al-Sabah, Minister of Foreign Affairs and Acting Minister of Information of the State of Kuwait.
Kuwaiti Minister of Foreign Affairs arrived in Riyadh, where he was received at King Khalid International Airport by Prince Faisal bin Farhan bin Abdullah, Minister of Foreign Affairs.
Kuwaiti Minister left Riyadh, where he was seen off by Prince Faisal bin Farhan bin Abdullah.
