King Salman invites King of Bahrain to take part in the GCC Supreme Council

Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud has sent a message to King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa of Bahrain, inviting him to attend the 41st Session of the Supreme Council of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) for Arab States, set to be held on January 5, 2021.

The message was received on Monday by the Bahraini Crown Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, who is also the Prime Minister, as he has met with the GCC Secretary General Dr. Nayef Falah Al-Hajraf.

During the meeting, they reviewed the GCC procession and achievements made for the peoples of the member states, especially in the social, economic and commercial fields.

Al-Hajraf expressed sincere thanks to the King of Bahrain for his keenness on continuing efforts to strengthen the GCC house and push forward its march to broader horizons, offering congratulations and felicitations to the leadership, government and people of the Kingdom of Bahrain, on taking over the presidency of 41st Session of the Supreme Council of the (GCC) member states.
