King Abdulaziz University (KAU) has announced that it has joined the Council for Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA) International Quality Group in Washington as the first Saudi university in its efforts to achieve leadership in quality and efficiency of academic performance.
The move to join the CHEA International Quality Group has advantages including exchange of experiences in relation to quality assurance in higher education, exchange of data and information between member universities for reference comparisons, cooperation and participation in the formulation of educational curricula, organizing online seminars, exchanging publications and presentations, and benefiting from attending annual meetings and publications related to quality policies and research activities and studies related to international quality assurance.
