Minister of Islamic Affairs, Call and Guidance Sheikh Dr. Abdullatif bin Abdulaziz Al Al-Sheikh and Chairman of Russia Muftis Council and Chairman of Religious Board of Muslims of European part of Russia, Sheikh Ravil Gaynutdin signed here today a memorandum of understanding in the field of Islamic affairs between the two sides. The memorandum aims for cooperation in Islamic fields including the dissemination of Islam and its tolerant values, cooperation in the field of serving the Holy Quran and Prophetic Sunnah, and exchange of researches, books and scholarly publications in various languages.
