On the eve of the "Saudi International Golf ProfessionalsChampionship", scheduled to take place as part of the Saudi golf campaignto inspire more than one million people to try the game in the next decade, theUS 12th-world-classified professional golfer Patrick Reed, paid today avisit to the Golf World Academy located in Jeddah-based King AbdullahEconomic City.
During the visit, Reed gave the students of the school an account of theimportance of the profession and its practice as well as important lessonsderived from his own career.
He praised the Kingdom's support for golf sports, citing its hosting oftomorrow's international event.
It is noteworthy that the Saudi International Golf Championship will beheld at Jeddah Middle East's most distinguished stadium, hosting, in additionto Reed four renowned golfers: Brooks Koepka, Dustin Johnson, Shane Lowry andPhilip Mickelson.
