FPF to witness presenting 1,000 projects worth over SR600bn

The activities of the Virtual Future Projects Forum (FPF) 2021 kicked off on Monday, as participating entities began presenting their planned projects for the next three years. During the forum; more than 37 government and private entities will participate to present around 1000 projects with an estimated total value exceeding SR600bn.

On Monday, as many as 12 government and private entities will also present their projects, including Saudi Arabian Oil Company (Aramco); Saudi Basic Industries Corporation (SABIC); the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing; Ministry of Transport / Transport General Authority; the Ministry of Justice, the Ministry of Sports; State Properties General Authority; General Authority of Awqaf (Endowments); Board of Grievances; Saudi Customs Authority; Saudi Railway Company (SAR); as well as Project Management Institute.

The inauguration ceremony of FPF on Sunday witnessed the signing of Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs); between the Saudi Contractors Authority as well as several entities.

The MoUs also aim to activate cooperation and the exchange of experiences, knowledge, and information; in a way that serves the Saudi Contractors Authority's objectives and its strategic plan to develop the contracting sector.
