Covid-19 Vaccination Is Mandatory for Entering All Places in Saudi Arabia

Saudi Arabia's Ministry of Interior announced that it shall be mandatory, starting from Sunday, August 1, 2021, to allow only those who are fully vaccinated by a vaccine approved by the Ministry of Health to enter all places in all regions of the Kingdom.

The Ministry of Interior, through its accounts on the social network "Twitter" and "Snapchat", stressed the application of the mandatory vaccination approved by the Ministry of Health to protect the public health from coronavirus, allowing only fully vaccinated citizens and residents to enter all places, activities, events, government and private facilities, or use public transportation, across the Kingdom's regions.

The account of the Interior Ministry and its security sectors have interacted, in the past days, with the decision's imminent entry into force by publishing and raising awareness of it in (7) major languages.

The Ministry also called on everyone to adhere to the precautionary and preventive measures, and fully comply with the application of health requirements, such as social distancing, wearing a mask and hand washing, in addition to adhering to the approved protocols.
