The Ministry of Finance announces that it hasclosed the February 2020 issuance under the Saudi Arabian GovernmentSAR-denominated Sukuk Program. The issuance size was set at SAR 4.496 billion.
The Sukuk issuances were divided into twotranches as follows:
– The first tranche has a size of SAR 508million and a total tranche size of SAR 1.223 billion, matures in 2027.
– The second tranche has a size of SAR 3.988billion, and a total tranche size of SAR 3.988 billion, matures in 2035.
