He noted that while many shipments continue to pass through the Strait of Hormuz, supply challenges persist due to ongoing geopolitical threats. He added that Asian refineries are currently in the midst of storage and purchasing activities in preparation for winter.
Al-Riyami also stated that if diesel and other product prices continue to rise in the United States, the US administration or President Donald Trump would have little justification to make the difficult decision to halt diesel exports.
