Vice Minister of Transport and Logistic Services Inspects the Readiness of the Transport and Logistics Sector for Hajj Season 1445 AH

The Vice Minister of Transport and Logistic Services, Dr. Rumaih bin Mohammed Al-Rumaih, met with the Vice Minister of Hajj and Umrah, Dr. Abdullfattah bin Sulieman Mushaat, and also held a meeting with the CEO of the Royal Commission for Makkah City and Holy Sites, Eng. Saleh bin Ibrahim Al-Rasheed.

These meetings aimed to ensure better coordination in serving the pilgrims during the Hajj season of 1445AH.

Dr. Al-Rumaih conducted a field visit to review the transport and logistics system's preparations for the Hajj season 1445AH. During the visit, he inspected the bus station in Jarwal and the public taxi stands at King Abdulaziz Parking to assess the readiness of various transportation services for pilgrims. He also met with the inspection teams of the Transport General Authority at the security control center in Al-Nawariyah.

During this meeting, he emphasized the importance of providing the best services to ensure the comfort of the pilgrims and reviewed the modern technologies offered by the system for this year's Hajj.

Dr. Al-Rumaih concluded the inspection tour by reviewing the readiness of the transport and logistics system headquarters in the holy sites of Mina and Arafat.

He also visited the media center at the Hajj and Umrah Halls Complex to understand its role in empowering local and international media throughout the Hajj season.
