Moroccan Minister of Culture, Youth and Sports Hassan Abyabaconfirmed that the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is serving Islam and Muslims to thefullest, pointing out that participation in international book fairs reflectsSaudi Arabia's message in serving Islam, spreading its tolerant values andrejecting all forms of extremism that contradict Islam.
This came in a statement during the Minister's visit to theKingdom Pavilion at the 26th Casablanca International Book Fairyesterday.
The Minister reviewed the various sections of the pavilion,including the corner of the Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Call and Guidance,pointing out that the Kingdom's presence in such fairs is very important due toit being the heart of the Islamic world and the country exporting the richIslamic culture and heritage.
He praised the Islamic Affairs Ministry's roles indisseminating moderate Islam and the correct heritage of Islamic history andcivilization through publication and authorship, especially printing the HolyQuran and translating its meanings into international languages.
