Mawani has been recognized with the ISO 9001:2015 certificate for its Quality Management System, in acknowledgment of its efforts to measure customer satisfaction and handle complaints effectively.

This recognition serves as a testament to Mawani's commitment to implementing a robust quality system and meeting its stringent requirements by enhancing service quality and overseeing various projects to the highest competitive standards.

The ISO 9001:2015 certification includes guidelines for monitoring and measuring customer satisfaction (ISO 10004:2018) and for handling complaints in organizations (ISO 10002:2018).

These certificates reflect Mawani's dedication to consistently providing optimal services to customers with high accuracy and efficiency, applying the highest standards to enhance customer satisfaction, improve complaint handling mechanisms, and increase customer confidence.

It is noteworthy that in February 2024, Mawani received the ISO 37301 certificate for adhering to international standards for compliance management systems, becoming the first entity in the Kingdom to be awarded this certificate by an accredited body.

Previously, Mawani had received ISO certifications in information security (ISO 27001), quality management and efficiency (ISO 9001), risk management, and business continuity (ISO 31000 and ISO 22301), in addition to a qualification certificate from the European Foundation for Quality Management (EFQM).
