Reportage Saudi is strengthening its presence in Riyadh with investments totaling 1.1 billion riyals (SAR), continuing to expand its residential portfolio, led by the Najd 6 and Najd 7 projects in the Al-Arid district, alongside ongoing construction and development across its projects.

The company is pressing ahead with development and construction, emphasizing that continuity and fulfilling commitments to customers are two key pillars of its long-term strategy in the Kingdom.

Reportage Saudi’s strategy focuses on developing residential communities that combine privacy, practical design, and integrated amenities, in line with Saudi Vision 2030 and the Royal Commission for Riyadh City’s goal to increase green spaces, diversify housing options, and enhance quality of life in Riyadh.

Najd 6 expands company footprint in Al-Arid

Reportage Saudi launched the Najd 6 project on October 24, adding 75 fully finished townhouse units to its portfolio in Al-Arid, Riyadh. Spanning 7,480 square meters, the project offers homes with private gardens in a community that balances residential privacy with shared amenities.

Facilities include a swimming pool, two padel courts, a basketball court, a gym, a social club, rooftop barbecue areas, and an outdoor cinema, providing a variety of options for family activities.

Najd 7 strengthens residential portfolio

The previously launched Najd 7 project in Al-Arid features 73 townhouse units within a gated community, offering balconies, private gardens, smart technologies, and layouts tailored to family needs. The groundbreaking marks a key phase in its development.

The project’s location offers access to Al Yamamah University, King Khalid International Airport, King Salman Stadium, Expo Riyadh 2030, and The Avenues, enhancing the area’s appeal and housing options.

Leadership affirms confidence and continuity

Commenting on the developments, Eng. Islam Hammam, CEO of Reportage Properties Group in Saudi Arabia, said:

“Saudi Arabia is not just keeping pace with the future; it is shaping it. Our investments in Riyadh, amounting to 1.1 billion riyals, reflect our strong confidence in the Saudi economy and the future of the real estate sector. As we continue developing the Najd projects, we remain steadfast and ambitious in our plans. Our presence in the Kingdom is not just about real estate expansion; it is a long-term investment in a future we believe in, and our ambitions grow alongside those of Saudi Arabia.

He added that Reportage’s global presence in more than 25 countries, especially in the Gulf region, is built without reliance on loans or debt, making it one of the world’s strongest companies in resisting exceptional circumstances like those our beloved country is going through.”

For his part, Ayed Al-Juaid, Chairman of Reportage Saudi, stated:

“A real estate company’s strength is not measured by the number of projects it announces, but by its ability to turn promises into achievements on the ground. With the launch of Najd 6 and continued progress on the Najd projects, our priorities remain clear: continuity, construction quality, and honoring our commitments to clients and partners. Every project we develop is not just a housing unit; it is a home awaiting families and a trust we value. Our message is clear: we will continue building, remain committed, and are confident in our future in Saudi Arabia.”
