The Deputy Minister of Industry and Mineral Resources for Industrial Affairs, Eng. Khalil bin Ibrahim bin Salamah, emphasized that Al-Qassim Region possesses promising opportunities in a number of industries, including food industry, and it enjoys natural and agricultural resources and is a global producer of dates.
He also underscored that Al-Qassim is qualified to support investment programs in all economic fields and provides opportunities in agriculture, mining, and industry due to its geographical location, proximity to Riyadh and other regions, and its youth's eagerness to enter projects.
During a meeting with investors in Al-Qassim region, he explained that industry is a strategic choice within the priorities of the Saudi Vision 2030, and the Ministry of Industry and Mineral Resources is working to establish an industrial environment that stimulates innovations and encourages and supports ambitious entrepreneurs to increase the rates of establishing new companies in the industrial sector.
