The General Authority of Meteorology and Environment Protection issued today an advance warning of moderate to heavy rains; accompanied by active surface dusty winds on Makkah and the holy sites of Mina, Arafat and Muzdalifah.
The authority indicated that the climatic situation continues until 11:00 pm today.
