The Arab Coalition fighting the Houthi militants in Yemen has destroyed two explosive-laden boats used by the Iran-aligned group in the south of the Red Sea, Saudi state TV said on Wednesday.

The coalition said in a statement that the militia continues to threaten shipping lines and trade in Bab Al-Mandab and southern the Red Sea.

It also announced the implementation of 19 operations targeting Houthi targets in Abdiya, Marib, over the past 24 hours.

The coalition added that during Wednesday's operations, 12 Houthi military vehicles were destroyed and more than 108 of its fighters killed, adding its commitment to "supporting the Yemeni national army and protecting civilians."
