Saudi Arabia's Ministry of Health (MoH) has launched the Remote Clinics Service that provides patients with the option of attending appointments remotely via (Anat) and (Sehhaty) platforms.

The ministry pointed out that the service connects patients with doctors, in order to enable beneficiaries to obtain integrated services remotely.

MoH added that the service aims to reduce patient visits of those with non-emergency cases to hospitals and reduce the spread of infection, in addition to increasing patient satisfaction level via reducing the time and effort required to receive medical consultation.
