Vice Minister of Environment, Water and Agriculture Eng. Mansour Al-Mushaiti received the four-star institutional excellence certificate from the European Foundation for Quality Management (EFQM) awarded to the Saudi Water Partnership Company (SWPC), in the presence of SWPC CEO Eng. Khaled Al-Qureshi, underscoring the certification’s status as a globally recognized framework for institutional assessment.
The recognition followed a comprehensive evaluation of the governance system, strategy clarity, stakeholder management, performance measurement, and results achievement, demonstrating the company’s ability to operate as an integrated institutional model linking strategic planning with implementation and the creation of sustainable value.
The accreditation reflects an advanced level of institutional maturity and confirms SWPC’s ability to apply governance and strategy models aligned with global best practices in a sector considered one of the most important worldwide, namely the water sector.
EFQM noted that this accreditation is granted only to entities demonstrating a systematic commitment to sustainable performance, and that the certificate was awarded to the company in December 2025, valid for three years until December 2028.
