Saudi Arabia reports 224 New COVID-19 Cases

Saudi Arabia's Ministry of Health announced on Tuesday that 224 new confirmed cases of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) have been reported in the Kingdom.

The daily reported number of infected cases brings the total number to 544,449, including 3,054 active cases, according to the Ministry of Health statement.

"There are 907 critical cases, while the health condition of the rest is stable," the statement said.

"Six new deaths have been reported, putting the tally of fatalities at 8,545,"

Meanwhile, as many as 338 cases have recovered, raising recoveries toll to 532,850, said the statement.
