Saudi Arabia reports 209 New Confirmed COVID-19 Cases, 289 Recoveries

Saudi Arabia's Ministry of Health announced in a statement on Monday that 209 new confirmed cases of the novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) have been reported, in the Kingdom, bringing the total number to 358,922, including 3,777 active cases undergoing treatment.

"There are 577 critical cases, while the health condition of the rest is stable," the statement said.

It added that 12 new deaths have been reported; putting the tally of fatalities, at 5,977.

Meanwhile, as many as 289 cases have recovered, raising recoveries' toll to 349,168. On the other hand, 40,371 new laboratory tests were conducted, in the last 24-hour, across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
