Assistant Supervisor General for Operations and Programs of King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Centre (KSrelief) Ahmed bin Ali Al-Bayez met here yesterday President of the International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD) Gilbert Houngbo and his accompanying delegation.
During the meeting, the two sides discussedaspects of cooperation between the Center and the International Fund forAgricultural Development in projects related to improving livelihoods, earlyrecovery and mitigating humanitarian crises in the agricultural and animalareas, food security and environmental sanitation.
Gilbert Houngbo praised the remarkable Saudisupport for agricultural activity as an important pillar of national economiesin countries in need, commending the strategic partnership between the Centerand IFAD.
