The Board of Directors of the General Authority of Civil Aviation (GACA) held On Monday in Riyadh.
This year's meeting chaired by the Transport Minister and Chairman of GACA's Board of Directors, Eng. Saleh Al Jasser, and in the presence of Board members.
The Board reviewed the transformation program that GACA is working on and the initiatives and achievements accomplished.
The Board also discussed several topics on its current agenda and issued a number of decisions in their regards.
At the end of its meeting, the Board noted the importance of intensifying efforts and doing more to improve the overall performance of the sector and increase all efforts taken to strengthen the role of civil aviation in order to raise the level of this vital sector and increase its competitive value, to achieve the aspirations of leadership in investing in this sector and develop it to serve the traveling public, in line with the fundamental goals of the Kingdom's Vision 2030.
