Prince Abdulaziz bin Turki Al-Faisal, Minister of Sports has extended his thanks and appreciation to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Crown Prince, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense for their great support and continuous follow-up to everything that ensures the development of the dear homeland and meets all the needs of the citizen in all different fields, especially sports.
He said in a statement to the Saudi Press Agency (SPA) that while following up the latest arrangements and preparations at Jeddah Corniche Circuit, which will host the 1st edition of Formula One STC Saudi Arabian Grand Prix 202.
"We have the privilege of hosting this huge sporting event, which represents a dream for all motorsport lovers, and this event would not have been witnessed in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia without the grace of Allah Almighty and then the support and follow-up of HRH the Crown Prince," he added.
"We promise everyone better hosting to achieve the goals of the Kingdom's Vision 2030."
Prince Abdulaziz bin Turki Al-Faisal, Minister of Sports, added, "Today, we are proud of the work of this mighty achievement by the hands of Saudi male and female citizens, which is a source of pride for everyone, in addition to the efforts of Saudi companies."
