Egyptian President Abdelfattah El-Sisi met in Paris today with Prime Minister of Portugal Antonio Costa, both attending an international conference on Sudan.
Official Spokesman of the Egyptian Presidency Ambassador Bassam Radi said in a statement today that the two sides discussed ways to strengthen bilateral relations in a number of areas, especially tourism and trade.
They also discussed the developments in the regional situation in light of the great challenges facing the Middle East region.
